Do you accept childcare vouchers?

No, we do not accept childcare vouchers.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can make instalments. Once you have booked in through the class4kids system we can then arrange a payment schedule. To do this contact us via email.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, contact us via email and we will amend your booking. Please note this must be done 24 hours before to your child attending camp.

What if my child isn’t well and can’t attend?

If your child is sick and can no longer attend a day at camp, email us and we can arrange another day for them to attend.

Can I book individual days?

Yes, you can book individual days through our class4kids page.

Can I book in on the day?

Yes, If you need to use us last minute you can use our drop-in facility. We will ask you to register them on the system at sign in or before arrival.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, if you want to cancel a booking it must be done via email 72 hours before the booking commencing. If you are unable to provide the full notice period then you will be provided with a credit note. This will be equivalent to your booking to be used during the current camp period. Credit notes cannot be carried forward to the next year.
